Transformation through Design

The existence of inequality and centralized models, where only one group has the power, leads to a waste of talents and knowledge necessaries to create value and continually succeed in businesses. How do we organize to create a new normal, better for all? How do we find substance and concrete evidence that a solution will have a positive impact? To deliver value at every moment of the customer journey, designers must recognize that they can use all their tools to connect people, orchestrate dialogue, bring diversity, and integrate processes. This talk is about becoming an agent of transformation and to shape a better future day by day.Furthermore, driving more sustainable organizations by understanding and removing the negative impact of services and products as a whole; on the planet and in society.
