Christian San Jose has been solving problems using design over the last 14 years and enjoys building and leading human-centred companies and design teams.

He’s the founder and CEO of UX+, the largest annual UX event in Asia with 3,700 paid attendees across 50 countries. Since its inception in 2019, UX+ has gathered and picked the minds of the world's best designers from Google, Adobe, Twitter, Shopify, Uber, Dropbox, Facebook and more.

Most recently, he was the Head of Design at First Circle, a FinTech organization that helps small businesses in Southeast Asia get fast, fair, and flexible access to financing. Previously, he was the co-founder and Managing Director at Make by the advertising firm, Ace Saatchi & Saatchi.

Christian also led the design and technology departments at MullenLowe Group and Jump Digital.  In that time, he has worked with brands like NBA Asia, Vimeo, Cebu Pacific, and Adobe, as well as personalities like Kobe Bryant, James Harden, Usher, and Usain Bolt.
