In today’s challenging times, organizations need creativity and innovation more than ever. However, creating a culture of innovation does not happen overnight.Most organizations are structured for problem solving and streamlined execution. However, to be innovative, businesses need to tap into their creativity, and nurture a customer-centered, design-led culture as well.
